We continually refine our product details, imagery, and accompanying sizing information to ensure customers are pleased with the fit and sizing of Formehri products. However, if you wish to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt of the piece in question.
To arrange a return, please contact us in the first instance to initiate the returns process.
Items must be unworn and in a saleable condition with all original swing tags attached. Please ensure you include your Returns Form with all the relevant information to assist us with processing the return.
For returns, the piece should be placed in its timber box and then in its protective outer cardboard box before being placed into an appropriate satchel or shipping box. You may wrap and place the piece in an appropriate satchel or shipping box for exchanges.
Please note that postage charges for returning goods to us are your responsibility for both returns and exchanges. We strongly encourage our customers to ask for proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.
For exchanges, Formehri will pay the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
TAXES AND DUTIES
We offer Duty Paid and Landed Prices outside of the EU. We will calculate these costs at checkout, and you can pre-pay these at checkout if you wish. If you choose not to pay these taxes etc. you may be asked to pay these once your order arrives in the delivery country. Import taxes and taxes vary from country to country and depend on your order’s value. If in doubt, please consult your country’s governmental or national import office website for further information.
