JANUS

JOURNEYS & TRANSFORMATIONS

The Romans worshiped Janus as the God of beginnings, transitions and endings. The famous archways which marked the entrance to Roman Territory were often carved with Janus’ face to depict the transition to a new place. At Formehri, Janus signifies the beginning of new journeys, transitions from past to future, from one condition to another, from one vision to another and the endings which inevitably come to all things. The friends of Formehri, below, are a source of our own inspiration. They represent lives well lived, worthy challenges undertaken and a willingness to never give up, no matter the odds.
